Temporary Fuel Surcharge, effective 20th March 2026

As you’re aware recent developments in the Middle East have disrupted major shipping routes, fuel supply and supply chains, leading to increased freight, fuel and raw material costs, that impact several of the products we source and supply. During this time our focus and priority remains firmly on maintaining reliable supply, working with you to minimise disruption to your project and business and providing as much transparency as possible to help you plan with confidence.

Our supply position is currently stable, and we have worked hard to absorb as many of the rising costs as we can, however due to the scale and volatility of the current market conditions we are now needing to make some adjustments.

Freight Surcharge as at 20th March 2026

Our current freight charges include a Fuel Adjustment Factor (FAF), which is typically reviewed quarterly. Given the pace and unpredictability of the current fuel and shipping costs this will now be reviewed weekly.

A 15% increase to the FAF component of your freight charge has now been applied, effective 20th March 2026
